Primary Care with a Specialized Focus
At Nomad Health, we’re proud to serve as a primary care option for many of our patients. Our goal is to help you achieve lasting wellness through a proactive, science-guided approach to health , recovery and fitness.
While we excel in chronic medical management and lifestyle medicine, our urgent care and infectious disease capabilities may be more limited than in a standard PCP clinic.
-
During our office hours we are available for televisits to address any acute issues. If you require an in-person evaluation, there is no copay for you. While we do have expertise in musculoskeletal conditions, if a severe condition, such as broken bone or severe tendon or ligament injury is suspected, we may need to refer you to for more detailed imagining or an orthopedic specialist.
Because our facility is integrated within an athletic club setting, we kindly ask that patients experiencing fever, vomiting, or diarrheal illnesses avoid in-person visits. We can give you medical advice remotely and send prescriptions or referrals. We do not currently offer in house lab, x-ray or IV therapy. If your condition requires immediate or more extensive urgent testing, we may refer you to a local urgent care center or emergency department
